I need something a little different, can i request a custom quote?
Yes, you can. Although our packages suit 99% of our clients, we can also tailor a package to suit your particular needs.

What is the turnaround time?
We will send you the logo concepts within 3 days. Revision times may very, but the finished logo is usually ready within a week of ordering. Stationary takes another week.

Is your service only for Australians?
No, we have clients from Australia and around the globe. All of our prices are in Australian dollars, but will be converted to your native currency upon checkout. For current exchange rates, visit www.xe.com

How are payments processed?
All payments are processed through Paypal, the safest way to shop online. Paypal is a secure 3rd party service, meaning we don't store (or have a access to) any of your billing information.

Do you offer printing?
Our Gold package includes 500 printed business cards. These cards are mailed to you Australia wide. We can arrange printing of other items for an additional charge.

Which files are included with the final logo design?
We’ll send you a zip with the following files: AI, PDF, JPEG (print), JPEG (web), PNG (transparent). Other file formats are available upon request.

Will all of the designs be unique?
We take pride in designing every logo from scratch. We never use clip-art or stock images, so you can be sure that your logo is unique.

What are the stationary sizes?
We design the letterhead for Australian standard A4 size. Business cards are 90mm x 55mm. Custom sizing can be requested.
